Yoga Therapy is a healing system that helps identify various imbalances in a person and aims to bring those aspects into balance. Yoga therapy can be a useful adjunct to the western medical model, or a stand alone therapy.
I work individually with clients to ease suffering from chronic conditions and promote overall health and well-being, using a viariety of yogic techniques. I teach practical exercises to guide one's healing in a wholistic way through physical movement, breathwork, chanting, meditation, yoga philosophy and/or devotional practices.
