I went to Lisa because of chronic neck and shoulder issues which had limited what I could do daily and persisted despite physical therapy. She did a physical assessment and taught me joint freeing exercises and some basic yoga positions. Through the exercises she had me do at home 3-4 times a week and her personal guidance as to proper form, my symptoms gradually improved. Despite some age-related degenerative joint issues, I am now significantly better, continue to use what she taught me and am back to doing the things I enjoy doing daily. Thank you Lisa, Steve S.
Lisa has been working with me since last October. I was having issues with teeth grinding, presumably due to tension and stress. Since we began I have seen a big difference, not only in relaxing better, but there’s an increase in flexibility as well. She has been very careful to design a routine around my physical limitations, which I find enjoyable and rewarding. I enjoy our one on one sessions in my home where I feel comfortable and not compared to others. I am looking forward to learning more as the year progresses. Liz R.
